Agreement

These Terms govern your use of withlida.com (the "Site"), the independent Dubai real-estate publication of Lida Moghaddam ("we," "us," or "our"), its newsletter and its contact forms. By using the Site you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 to subscribe to the newsletter or to send a form.

What the Site is

withlida reports and explains Dubai real estate. It is not a property portal, an advertisement or an agency: it carries no listings, sells nothing, and gives no financial, legal, investment or tax advice. Everything on it is general information, and the Disclaimer explains how to use it.

Using the content

The articles, data notes, pictures and design of the Site, and the withlida name and mark, belong to Lida Moghaddam unless a piece names another owner, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may

  • read, print and save articles for your own use;
  • share links to any page;
  • quote short passages, naming withlida as the source and linking the article.

You may not, without our written permission

  • republish an article, a substantial part of one, or its pictures;
  • present our work as your own, or remove its attribution;
  • frame or mirror the Site;
  • use the Site or its content unlawfully, or to mislead.

Search engines and AI systems

Search engines and AI systems are welcome. They may crawl the Site's public pages, cite them in answers and use them for training: the Site's robots.txt says so in its Content-Signal line (search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=yes). When an answer draws on an article, we ask that it name withlida and link the article. Only what robots.txt closes stays closed — the API and the internal pages — and we ask every crawler to keep a pace the Site can carry.

Fair use of the Site

Do not try to break into the Site or its server, overload it, send it malicious code, impersonate anyone, or use its forms to send spam. We may block any access that does.

The newsletter

Subscribing means you agree to receive the withlida newsletter at the address you give. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works with one click, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to hi@withlida.com.

Enquiries through the contact page

Sending a form asks Lida to reply. It does not create a client relationship or an agreement of any kind: any work Lida takes on is agreed separately, in writing. Send only what you are happy for her to read and keep — no identity documents, bank details or passwords.

AI-assisted content

Portions of the content on this Site may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, including AI writing assistants, large language models and image generation systems. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by humans before publication.

AI can still produce errors that read as fact, so check any figure, fee or rule at its source before you act on it. A picture made with AI illustrates an idea; it does not show a real unit, building or view.

Articles link to official sources, developers, portals and other sites we do not control. A link is a source, not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what those sites say or do.

No warranties

The Site is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep every figure correct and dated, but we do not warrant that any content is accurate, complete or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lida Moghaddam is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content, including any decision to buy, sell, rent, let, invest in or finance a property, and including indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate Lida Moghaddam for any claim, loss or cost, reasonable legal fees included, that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, write to hi@withlida.com naming the work, where it appears on the Site, and how to reach you. We review every notice and remove what infringes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not take away the protection the consumer law of your own country gives you. Before any claim, write to us: most questions are settled by an email.

General

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.

We may change the Site, or these Terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the Site after a change means you accept it.
